In this picture, taken by two weeks ago, is estonian 500-kroon money, biggest nominal. I probably never own this kind of bill again. I bought some food for it and got back 5 € and some eurocents. Today is the last day estonians can buy stuff for kroons, I bought today some milk and had to buy in euros - seven litres raw milk for 2.70 €, I make some cheese from 4 litres.
I have 3 new banknotes left that I probably keep, one of them 2 kroon bill with Karl Ernst von Baer on it and two 25 kroon bills with Estonian writer Anton Hansen Tammsaare. I have never read his books or blog but his childhood home is in my neighbour county Albu so I sometimes ride there by bike.
